Brian’s Firehouse Burger

Where can I begin but at the beginning? Upon first glance, Brian’s Firehouse Burger looks like the burger you’ll find if you’re fortunate enough to get into heaven: shiny dome of a roll perched atop a mountainous burger heaped high with toppings – possibly THE ideal burger and the one all others attempt to imitate. Only it’s not the usual run-of-the-mill toppings on this gem -  after the sauteéd mushrooms and onions, cheddar cheese and bacon you’ll find an unlikely treasure – a fried egg. The subtle flavor and creamy texture added by the egg takes this burger into another realm of deliciousness entirely! And by topping it all off with English HP Sauce, Lil’ Britain gives the Firehouse Burger a certain zestiness unlike anything you’ve had this side of The Pond – most definitely the Best Burger in Bennington. I recommend it wholeheartedly – it’s a must for any burger lover!
